WATER LEAK DETECTION IN HIGH-RISK AREAS
This water leak detector instantly detects water leaks through its built-in sensor, helping you take action quickly in the event of a leak. When water is detected, the sensor lights up to signal the leak. Its compact dimensions of 50 mm in diameter and 18 mm in height make it easy to position under washing machines, dishwashers, sinks or in other areas of the home where leaks may occur.
SMART NOTIFICATIONS VIA GATEWAY AND VIVANCO SMART APP
Drop Sense uses the Zigbee communication protocol and requires the Vivanco Gateway, sold separately, to communicate with the Vivanco Smart app. The gateway centralises communication between compatible sensors, eliminating the need to connect each device individually to the Wi-Fi network. Once the sensor is paired with the Wi-Fi-connected gateway, the app can send a real-time notification to your smartphone whenever water is detected, allowing you to identify leaks promptly, even when you're away from home.
IP66 PROTECTION AND VIVANCO SIREN INTEGRATION
The detector runs on a CR2032 battery and offers a stated battery life of over one year (based on up to 20 detections per day). You can choose to receive notifications through the app when the battery level is low, so you know in advance when it needs replacing. The sensor does not have a built-in audible alarm, but it can be paired with a compatible Vivanco siren. By connecting both products to the Vivanco Smart app, you can programme the siren to activate whenever Drop Sense detects a water leak.

The Hub Sense gateway acts as the connection point between Vivanco devices compatible with the Zigbee protocol and the Vivanco Smart app. It allows you to connect over 100 sensors and detectors to a single unit, centralising the management of your smart home devices and making it easier to monitor detected events from your smartphone. When paired with compatible Vivanco sensors, the gateway enables access to their functions through the app.
REDUCE DIRECT CONNECTIONS TO YOUR WI-FI NETWORK
Sensors compatible with the Zigbee protocol communicate directly with Hub Sense instead of connecting individually to your home Wi-Fi network. The gateway collects data from connected compatible devices and transmits it to the Vivanco Smart app using its own Wi-Fi connection. This allows you to integrate multiple sensors without connecting each one separately to your home network. In the absence of obstacles or devices that may cause interference, such as routers, the gateway's operating range can exceed 30 metres.
COMPACT DESIGN AND CONTINUOUS WIRED POWER SUPPLY
With dimensions of just 66 x 66 x 20.4 mm and a weight of 52 g, Hub Sense takes up very little space and can be easily positioned near your router or in another suitable location at home. The gateway requires a continuous wired power supply and operates reliably at temperatures ranging from 0 °C to +40 °C.

ONE AUDIBLE ALARM FOR YOUR SMART HOME SENSORS
The Echo Sense Wi-Fi siren adds an audible alert to detectors that do not have a built-in speaker. Through the Vivanco Smart app, it can be programmed to activate when specific conditions occur, such as when a sensor detects movement, a door or window opening, or a water leak.
90 DB SIREN WITH CUSTOMISABLE APP AUTOMATIONS
Echo Sense delivers a sound level of 90 dB at a distance of 1 metre, turning sensor activation into an immediately noticeable audible alert. Its Wi-Fi connection allows the siren to be integrated into the ecosystem of compatible Vivanco sensors and detectors, enabling you to create automations based on the devices paired within the app. With a wireless range of up to 45 metres, it offers plenty of flexibility when positioning the siren around your home.
EXTRA SECURITY WITH BACKUP BATTERIES
The siren is powered by cable, but in the event of a power outage it can continue operating thanks to a backup power source consisting of 2 CR123A batteries rated at 3 V each. The batteries are included in the package and should be replaced every 5 months. The emergency battery supply can support the device for up to 2 days. Its compact dimensions of 68 x 68 x 33 mm make it easy to position around the home. The siren is designed to operate at temperatures between 0 °C and +40 °C and humidity levels ranging from 20% to 85%.
